Omara's Botanica Frequently Asked Questions
1. How does Omara's Botanica perform their tarot readings?
Once you complete your purchase of your personalized virtual tarot reading, you'll be asked to submit 5 questions. Once we receive all of the accurate information, we'll get started. Currently, all of our tarot readings are performed virtually, meaning we will conduct a self recorded tarot session via YouTube. With our personalized tarot readings, we connect with your ancestors and spirits from the other side in order to pull your message. Once spirit is done delivering your message, we'll clean up the audio to remove any errors, and we'll deliver this to you via email with a private YouTube link.
Please note, due to demand, we are not offering face to face readings at this time. This may evolve as our business continues to grow. We appreciate your understanding and continued support of our small business.
2. What are your official social media accounts?

If you find any other social media accounts outside of those listed above, please be aware that they are fake accounts and/or scammers. Omara's Botanica will never ask you for your personal credit card information, nor will we ask you to pay us via apps such as cash app.
3. What forms of payment do you accept?
We accept all major credit cards as well as PayPal. Please reference the footer (bottom) of our website for complete list of accepted payments. Please note, we do not accept Cashapp.
4. How long does it take to get a tarot reading back?
Due to high demand, we're currently estimating 5-7 business days from order placement to delivery of your personalized tarot reading. Please check your spam folder in your email for your private YouTube link.
5. How will I receive my tarot reading?
Currently, all of our tarot readings are performed virtually, meaning we will conduct a self recorded tarot session via YouTube. With our personalized tarot readings, we connect with your ancestors and spirits from the other side in order to pull your message. Once spirit is done delivering your message, we'll clean up the audio to remove any errors, and we'll deliver this to you via email with a private YouTube link.
6. How long have you been practicing tarot?
Omara, aka Aisha, has been practicing tarot and spirituality within her family and with her ancestors since 1997. For more than two decades, she has find tuned her clairvoyance abilities through deep spiritualism, practice, meditations, and spiritual retreats, and through her own spiritual journey.
7. What's the difference between a personalized tarot reading and a quick card pull?
A personalized tarot reading with Omara's Botanica taps into your personal spiritual network and ancestors to deliver messages that your loved ones wish to pass on.
A quick card pull, however, is an interpretation of the tarot card(s) which offers a more general message or sense of guidance. Generally we perform and upload our quick card pulls via our social media outlets, with the user tagged.

8. What if a reading does not resonate with me?
Spirituality and tarot require people to be open minded to these messages and interpretations. Often times, spirit may use language that will resonate with you or they will communicate in a way that they are best able to. Sometimes messages are not about the present. Messages from spirit may be relevant to a period in your past that was impactful, or it may be a message for the future. Sometimes spirit will even try to warn us if we are going down the wrong path. Be aware, be open minded, and think about your own interpretation of your tarot reading. Alternatively, spirit may be giving you a message that might be meant for one of your loved ones (family, best friend, etc.).
