Due the nature of our products and tarot readings, all sales are final.

Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

If you experience an issue with any of our products, please email us and include your proof of purchase, image of the product(s), order number and brief summary of what's going on, and we will get back to you within 3-5 business days.

Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items

Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as bath bombs, spiritual baths, herbal products), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on tarot readings, sale items or gift cards.


Exchanges 

Due the personal nature of our products exchanges are not allowed.
